Reload.bg is an online platform for selling digital products, including game keys, gift cards, and digital codes. All products are delivered electronically.

3. Registration and Account

To place an order, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Orders and Payments

All product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable fees. Payments are processed through the available payment methods on the platform.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Codes are provided through your account and/or by email.

6. Refund Policy

You may request cancellation of a paid order before the code is delivered or revealed. Once a valid code has been delivered or revealed, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. This does not limit your statutory rights if a code is invalid, defective, or not as described. Notify support as soon as possible — preferably within the same working day — so we can investigate and provide a free replacement or, where replacement is impossible or is not completed within a reasonable time, the applicable price reduction or refund. 7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and images used on the site are the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reload.bg is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the respective trademark owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reload.bg is not responsible for issues arising from improper use of purchased codes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
